We're a community project helping young people in Newham take their first steps into work, through mentoring, practical skills and real connections.
Opening doors for Newham's young people
Newham is one of the youngest and most diverse boroughs in the country, full of talent and ambition. But too many young people leave education without the guidance, contacts or practical know-how to turn that ambition into a career.
Newham Aspire exists to close that gap. We connect young people with mentors who've built careers in fields they care about, and we run hands-on workshops in the skills that make someone work-ready, from writing a CV to handling money to using the tech employers now expect.
Everything we do is free, local and built around each young person's goals.
